Inaugural World Series of Pulling presented by Ohio Cat
For the first time ever at Summit Motorsports Park, tractor and truck drivers will put the hammer down to pull heavy sleds through dirt for the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League event, July 21-23, 2022.

During the Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League banquet last fall in Louisville, Kentucky, Summit Motorsports Park president Bill Bader Jr. announced that the park will host the Inaugural World Series of Pulling presented by Ohio Cat, July 21-23, 2022. Incredulously, the park's legendary quarter-mile will be very carefully covered in dirt for a fascinating event featuring Super Modified Tractors, Hot Rod Semis, Unlimited Super Stock Tractors, Pro Stock Tractors, Super Modified 2WD Trucks, Pro Modified 4WD Trucks, Super Stock Diesel Trucks, Super Farm Tractors, Light Weight Super Stock Tractors and Mini Rod Tractors. Drivers will be competing for championships and a share of a $250,000 purse at the eagerly awaited event which will also offer activities, live music and a fireworks show. PRO MODIFIED 4WD TRUCKS

Pro Modified 4WD Trucks have no engine size limit, and some of them are more than 800 cubic-inches. They sip alcohol for fuel, and weigh about 6,350 pounds while kicking up dirt under their tires.

SUPER MODIFIED TRACTORS

Super Modified Tractors weigh 7,800 pounds and crank out power with Hemi engines, three turbine or Allison aircraft engines.

HOT ROD SEMI

Hot Rod Semi trucks weigh a whopping 20,000 pounds and roll on DOT tires while cranking out power made with multiple turbos, making this one of the fan-favorite Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League categories.

LIGHT WEIGHT SUPER STOCK

Light Weight Super Stock tractors have tremendous wheel speed, sending their drivers on wild rides. They are powered by engines of no more than 504 cubic-inches, and most of them sip alcohol for fuel. They weigh 6,300 pounds.

MINI RODS

Mini Rods are small, but they are muscular. They push out 2,500 horsepower while weighing about 2.050 pounds.

PRO STOCK TRACTORS

Pro Stock Tractors, including John Deere, International and others, weigh up to 10,000 pounds and accomplish a lot with a single turbo and an engine of up to 680 cubic-inches.

SUPER FARM TRACTORS

Super Farm Tractors is one of the largest classes in the series. The tractors compete with a single turbo and 640 cubic-inch engines.

SUPER MODIFIED TWO-WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS

Colorful paint schemes, wheelies and more attract fans to this category, where the trucks can weigh no more than 6,200 pounds.

SUPER STOCK DIESEL TRUCKS

Super Stock Diesel Trucks attract a ton of attention with 3000-plus horsepower diesel engines and two-stage triple-turbos.

UNLIMITED SUPER STOCK TRACTORS

Unlimited Super Stock Tractors can pack on as many as four turbos, and they are known to be hard-to-handle and high-flying.

Fans who have never experienced Summit Motorsports Park fireworks are in for a very big surprise. There will be a massive display of color, including red, white and blue, over the park on Friday and Saturday night, as patriotic music plays.

FULL PULL CLUB

The Full Pull Club will feature VIP parking, ticket for admission, seating near the event's finish line, patio viewing area, private restrooms, hospitality in the park’s Chalet Village, daily meals catered by Lock Sixteen, Velvet ice cream, unlimited pop, Gatorade and water, two alcoholic beverages per day for ages 21 and older, cash bar, private restrooms, pit area access and a goody bag with exclusive souvenirs. The cost for three days in the Full Pull Club is $325 for adults for seats with a back, and $300 for adults for seats without a back. Instructions for parking and locating the Full Pull Club will be provided upon sign-up.
