Edelbrock Super Series racers rolled in for a doubleheader on Aug. 14 and 15, 2021 at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.
They dished out .00 reaction times and were decidedly driven while pursuing the Summit Motorsports Park Winner’s Circle. Those close to the top in points were also chasing season championships as there’s only one race left to lock them up.
On Saturday, Aug.14, Justin Hardy had a .001 reaction time before hauling to the win with a 4.71 elapsed-time against Fred Krakora in Edelbrock Super Pro.
Brian Cireddu collected the win with an .010 reaction time and a 6.37 against Mark Frazier in Edelbrock Pro.
In Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike, Jason Keller, who was .014 at the hit, put a 7.79 on the board to beat Eric Harmon.
Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation saw Greg Klein capture the win with a .007 reaction time and a 12.26 against Nick Hastings.
Logan Buckley locked up the win with a .018 reaction time and an 8.01 against Aaron Verner in Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco. Logan, who comes from a family of racers, was on a roll over the weekend and also won in NHRA Junior Street.
Keegan Beverly and Vince Tiburzi lined up in Bear Motorsports Intermediate Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco, and Keegan emerged as the winner with a 9.03.
Trey Dean traveled to a 12.05 to take the win against Brayden Baehr in Bear Motorsports Novice Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco.
In Edelbrock Stock, Francesca Guenther, with a 15.89, defeated Randy King.
Logan Buckley wrapped up the win with a 10.67 against Alejandro Adams in NHRA Junior Street, which complemented his other win of the weekend in Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco.
On Sunday, Aug. 15, Lisa Boes blasted to the win with an .020 reaction time and 4.84 to upset Mike Willi in Edelbrock Super Pro.
In Edelbrock Pro, Matt Dadas paired an .027 reaction time and a somewhat sinister 6.66 to collect the win against Carly Truhler.
Jason Keller, who won on Saturday in Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike, repeated that remarkable feat on Sunday with a .007 reaction time and a 7.82 against Rick McWaters.
Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation put the spotlight on Codie Balcom and Nick Hastings. Balcom came out on top with an .011 reaction time and a 12.72, while Hastings earned his second runner-up of the weekend.
Brayden Deal drilled the tree with a .001 and won with an 8.03 against Aaron Verner in Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco.
In Bear Motorsports Intermediate Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco, Alena Schafer secured her trip to the Summit Motorsports Park Winner’s Circle with an 8.93 against Roman Iocoangeli.
Brayden Baehr, who earned a runner-up on Saturday, posted a 12.05 to claim the victory against Tyler Jacobs in Bear Motorsports Novice Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco on Sunday.
After a runner-up finish in Edelbrock Stock on Saturday, Randy King wanted a win on Sunday, and accomplished that with a 9.63 against Denny Nyegran.
In NHRA Junior Street, Tyler Crowell was crowned the winner with an 11.06 against Hayden Gates.
