There were more than just fireworks happening during the 8th Annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals, as 14 new track records were re-set over the holiday weekend, which was a record in itself.
The class that really battled for one of the track titles was in Pro Stock. During the first round of qualifying on Friday late afternoon, 8 different drivers momentarily held either the ET or the MPH records, but when the dust settled on Sunday, Erica Enders-Stevens owned both the ET and MPH track records (6.523 ET, 212.63 MPH).
